An open plan fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room take the entrance level, where as two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms along with an extra bedroom with twin beds, are found in the upper floor level.

Stylishly contemporary interiors are well-matched with the stunning outside area, where the swimming pool stands as point of reference, lined with trendy sun-chairs and a shaded dining area provides a cool spot from the heated sun.

• Daily cleaning
• Twice a week change of linen & towels
• Maintenance 8 hours / day available on call (8 am – 4 pm)
• All villas feature fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances – the suites feature kitchenette
• Complimentary WiFi – (we’re not responsible for the internet speed – the internet provider is responsible for that, in our case OTE)

CANCELLATION

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• Pets not allowed
• Check-in is 4PM > 7PM
• Check out by 10AM
• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
