Set in eight private acres of lush, well-maintained tropical gardens,Villa Ipomea offering beach front elegance and comes with 8 luxury bedroom suites. Four suites are situated in the main house and two private cottages in the grounds, each offering two suites.

The Opening directly onto the soft white sandy beach with breath-taking sea view – this villa is the ultimate escape to paradise. The villa also features a 20-meter-long infinity swimming pool making it the perfect private retreat for both families and larger groups.

Decorated to an exceptional standard and elegantly furnished, the property offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast patio, two dining areas in the main residence and a dining gazebo adjacent to the beach.- perfect for dining al fresco with family.

Villa Ipomea, with its unique layout, offers flexibility to cater for any size of party, large or small. It can be rented as just the four bedroom main house or with one or two cottages. Rates reflect the level of occupancy. All bedrooms offer air-conditioning, ceiling fans and en suite bathrooms

The villa is ideal for a family vacation to the Caribbean. The home features an indoor and outdoor loggia, great room, TV/family room and study as well as cable TV, DVD player and broadband Internet. Additionally there is a fully equipped gym, spa treatment suite, flood-lit tennis court and outdoor games, including chess, draughts and croquet.

Staff: While staying at Villa Ipomea you will be personally cared for by our wonderful housekeeper 6 days per week plus you will have our own private chef Albert who will prepare your gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner with a choice of international or Caribbean dishes, or indeed any menu to suit your palate.

Alternatively, you can opt to dine in the resort restaurants; beverages, cocktails and house wine by the glass, afternoon tea daily, non motorized water sports, use of three tennis courts, two resort pools, fitness center, putting green, croquet field and daily children’s program are all included in the rates.

RATES

Rates quoted are based on 8 bedroom occupancy. Rates also available for four Bedrooms (main house) up to eight bedrooms, please enquire for further details. Nightly Room Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, with maximum double occupancy per bedroom. Rates are inclusive of gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared by your own private chef or in resort restaurants; beverages, cocktails and house wine by the glass, afternoon tea daily, non motorized water sports, use of three tennis courts, two resort pools, fitness center, putting green, croquet field and daily children’s program.

CANCELLATION

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.

Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• Pets not allowed
• Check-in is 4PM > 7PM
• Check out by 10AM
• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• Guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
