Welcome to Villa Chronos, one of the most stunning 7 bedroom villas located on the exclusive and ultra luxurious island of Jumby Bay Antigua. The name Chronos, Greek for “idle time,” is truly fitting for this 8,703-square-foot home. The main house and guest quarters are separated by a courtyard filled with palm trees and green mosaic tiles. The villa has a gorgeous outdoor terrace with large pool and lovely day beds. The villa sits above your own private beach and allows guests to swim in the calm turquoise waters in privacy off Jumby Bay.

Throughout the house, guests enjoy a light, casual atmosphere with hand-carved light fixtures and wicker chaise lounges draped in white fabric. The entire home opens to a lush Caribbean landscape and ocean views.

Chronos includes a splendid living room and cozy den perfect for relaxing in the shade, The house is a perfect family villa. The villa also features an upstairs deck with ocean and courtyard views.

Out on the terrace guests can enjoy a 46′ infinity-edge pool with breath-taking sea views. Chronos is the perfect villa for a family vacation to Antigua.

Inside Chronos has an indoor dining room seating 12 as well as outdoor dining area with ocean views. The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances including a microwave, wine cooler, beverage cooler, ice machine and two dishwashers.

With its interconnecting spaces and seven bedrooms, Chronos is ideal for groups and families. The two guest cottage each has three bedrooms: one with king bed; two with two twin beds. An additional bedroom located up the hill offers a full daybed. Every accommodation has a private bath/shower and cable TV/DVD.

There is a friendly team of staff on hand at the property, including your own private housekeeper and a personal chef, and they are ready to cater for your every need. However, should you want to venture out, just follow the steps leading to the white sands of Jumby Bay beach and a short walk from there is the Resort restaurants (including the Estate House which is very close by), bars and other island amenities.

RATES

Nightly Room Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, with maximum double occupancy per bedroom. Rates are inclusive of gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared by your own private chef or in resort restaurants; beverages, cocktails and house wine by the glass, afternoon tea daily, non motorized water sports, use of three tennis courts, two resort pools, fitness center, putting green, croquet field and daily children’s program.

CANCELLATION

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.

Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• Guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
