Welcome to villa Plumeria, a luxury 6 bedroom villa rental located on the stunning private island of Jumby bay resort off Antigua’s Coast. This elegant villa rental offers a beautiful beach front setting on your own private section of beach as well as your own herb garden with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.

A long, meandering driveway, through a mature and lush tropical landscape, leads to this gracious, Caribbean-style estate. The four-bedroom villa rests on secluded, oceanfront property and is positioned to take advantage of the cooling trade winds for superior natural ventilation. The rooms of the house are furnished in a Caribbean style and are oriented to face the ocean and are configured around a grand outdoor living and dining pavilion, which offers sweeping panoramic ocean views.

This beautiful home is perfect for entertaining with a fully equipped, professional kitchen, dining table that accommodates up to 12 guests, BBQ porch with a 36″ gas grill, and family room with a built-in day bed to comfortably accommodate extra guests. There is also a large office space for guests use.

The villa is perfect for a large group holiday or a family vacation to the Caribbean. Jumby Bay has such as wide variety of amenities for children and all ages. Recreation abounds with the villa’s own private beach and swim dock, and its freshwater swimming pool with trellised seating area.

The six luxury tropical style bedrooms include three king-bedded rooms and three double-bedded rooms (twin rooms), all with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom is located upstairs and is opposite the TV room. It features a 4 post er king size bed and is decorated in blue tones.

Plumeria  is equipped with seven bathrooms, covered golf cart parking and cable TV, DVD player and broadband Internet

Staff: While staying at Villa Plumeria  you will be personally cared for by our wonderful housekeeper Maria 6 days per week plus you will have our own private chef who will prepare your gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Alternatively, you can opt to dine in the resort restaurants; beverages, cocktails and house wine by the glass, afternoon tea daily, non motorized water sports, use of three tennis courts, two resort pools, fitness center, putting green, croquet field and daily children’s program are all included in the rates.

Nightly Room Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, with maximum double occupancy per bedroom. Rates are inclusive of gourmet breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared by your own private chef or in resort restaurants; beverages, cocktails and house wine by the glass, afternoon tea daily, non motorized water sports, use of three tennis courts, two resort pools, fitness center, putting green, croquet field and daily children’s program.

CANCELLATION

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

• Check out by 10AM
• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
