Set within a 220-hectare estate of olive and orange groves, this villa is located along almost 2 km of private coastline on Sicily’s southern shore.
The design takes cues from the natural surroundings, using earth tones and local tuff stone.

Back-to-back changeovers are performed in this property, so new guests will enter the same day of check-out. To maintain the home in good condition as guests found it, more hours of cleaning may be needed. The local may increase hours if necessary, to be accounted as extra, to maintain thehouse tidy for current and upcoming guests,

GARBAGE
This property offers garbage collection and disposal services. We strongly encourage all guests to recycle all recyclables by placing them in specially marked containers, while regular trash must be bagged and disposed of in the bins. Not disposing of garbage correctly may incur in extra expenses
